6. Hire Period and Return
6.1 The Hire Period shall be the period agreed at the time of booking.
6.2 The minimum Hire Period is 2 weeks, then weekly there after.
6.3 The Customer must return or make available all Boxxes and Equipment at the end of the Hire Period.
6.4 If the Customer wants Rhino Boxx to collect the Boxxes and Equipment, the Customer must give at least 1 week notice.
6.5 The Customer remains responsible for all Boxxes and Equipment until they are physically returned to Rhino Boxx or collected by Rhino Boxx or an approved Partner.

7.2 Late return fees may be charged daily, weekly or by continued rental period at Rhino Boxx’s current rates.

8. Customer Responsibilities
8.1 The Customer must:

10.2 The Customer must pay the replacement value on demand.
10.3 Payment of replacement value does not remove the Customer’s liability for hire charges, late charges, collection attempts, debt recovery costs or any other sums due before the replacement invoice.
10.4 If any Boxxes or Equipment are later recovered after replacement value has been charged, Rhino Boxx may decide whether to retain the replacement payment, refund part of it, or offset it against outstanding sums.
